During his corporate stint with over 33 years of experience in the industry, he has worked with organisations such as Vodafone, Mastek Ltd., Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Global Tele- Systems Pvt. Ltd., and the Holiday Inn chain of hotels.
Ashwin’s life’s work is essentially about connecting with people and organisations, deeply listening to their concerns and challenges, and co-creating bespoke capability-building interventions to help them tap into their innate potential and achieve their goals.
