Ashwin is an ICF-certified (PCC) executive coach and organization development consultant with extensive coaching experience across India, Asia, and Australia.
Primarily known for his design and systems thinking abilities, his endeavor is to align leadership, talent, and culture with strategy to drive organizational performance.
With over 34 years of industry experience in leadership roles, the initial years were spent in the hospitality industry in a business operations role, re-engineering the business to maximize sales and profitability; the remaining years were spent as Head of Learning and Development in various organizations.
During his corporate stint, he has worked with Vodafone, Mastek Ltd., Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Global Tele-Systems Pvt. Ltd., and the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. His last corporate stint was at Vodafone as Head of Employee and Leadership Development in a Pan-India role.
In 2008, he founded Human Network www.human-network.in, a leadership and talent development consulting company.

Ashwin’s life’s work is essentially about connecting with people and organizations, deeply listening to their concerns and challenges, and co-creating bespoke interventions to help them tap into their innate potential and achieve their goals.
His hobbies and interests include reading, research, and writing. He is currently doing research on his book “The Entrepreneurial Code,” a guide for aspiring entrepreneurs. Extremely fond of nature, he is also passionate about music, photography, traveling, trekking, rappelling, and white-water rafting.
If there is one piece of wisdom, he would like to share with people based on his lived experience, it can be summed up as “discover your “Ikigai"—a reason for being.” Simply put, Ikigai combines the joy of doing something with a sense of purpose, meaning, and well-being. It is a feeling that your life is valuable and that you have an impact.”
