Jenny Hyatt is an Executive Coach, and Performance Consultant. She brings with her 20
years of practical experience in Learning & Talent Development.
As a consultant, she has worked across industries helping hundreds of leaders to enhance
performance, develop global leadership skills and build effective teams.
Jenny specializes in Global Leadership Development and has facilitated workshops such as
Leadership Excellence, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching for Performance, Developing Self-
Insight (MBTI) and Leading Change.
Academically, she holds a master’s degree in consulting psychology California school of
professional psychology, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree psychology/Liberal Arts. Maryville
College, USA. Certifications include: Hogan Assessments, Saville Wave & Aptitude, MBTI,
Firo-B, EQ2, DiSC, Workplace Big 5, Human performance improvement consultant from
ATD and a NLP master practitioner. She is an ICF Certified coach and holds an additional
certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.
Jenny is known for her in-depth knowledge, insights, and her ability to get to the root cause
of any organizational problem. Her true strength is in bringing about observable behavioral
change and an impact in all her engagements. Jenny enjoys travelling and has worked with
clients across the globe from North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
